Suraj Shrestha is an enthusiast working as a Youth Coach and Trainer at MyQuest Foundation. He holds masters in Counseling Psychology from TU. As a counsellor, he has been facilitating a Personal Leadership Development Program for a group of Nepalese and Dutch Questers (youth) in the mountains of Nepal. Along with this, he also facilitates the therapeutic process for young adults going through psycho-social and emotional challenges. He has been organizing different reflective sessions and programs related to mental health and personal growth.
